Foul hurts Vulcans

A foul led to the score which handed the University of Hawaii at Hilo a 2-1 loss to Hawaii Pacific University in Pacific West Conference soccer action in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
The Vulcans are 9-10 overall and 8-5 in the PacWest while the Sea Warriors are 12-2-2 overall and 9-2-2 in the PacWest.
The Vulcans took the 1-0 lead as Vincent Muscarella and Eduardo Gutierrez played the give-and-go to perfection with Gutierrez picking up the goal 27:23 into the game.
The Sea Warriors tied the game just before the half off of a header.
The Sea Warriors capitalized on a free kick at the 69:00 mark when the cross to the middle was headed to the back post for the game winner.
