Kirsta Andrew finished fourth at the Brigham Young University-Hawaii 5K Women's Invitational on the Laie, Hawaii campus course.

Andrew finished the course in a time of 19:28.

Also in the race were Nina Hagemann (9th, 19:35), Lauren Vieira (16th, 21:57) and Lilliana DeSmither (21st, 23:50).

The Vulcans did not qualify for the team competition.
