Vulcans win on Ichimaru's header

George Ichimaru used his head to lead the University of Hawaii at Hilo to a 2-1 overtime victory over Dominican University in Pacific West Conference action in San Rafael, Calif.
The Vulcans are 6-7 overall and 5-2 in the PacWest while the Penguins are 5-7-1 overall and 2-4-1 in the PacWest.
Four-minutes into overtime, Tim Glick's shot hit a defender and bounced high into the air. Ichimaru tracked the ball and headed it past the keeper from about 8-yards out.
The Vulcans took the early lead on Vincent Muscarella's goal at the 24:17 mark. Glick and Ichimaru teamed up for the assist.
