The University of Hawaii at Hilo took its lumps and came away with a 0-0 Pacific West Conference tie with Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz.
The Vulcans are 3-5-2 overall and 2-1-1 in the PacWest while the Antelopes are 4-5-2 overall and 1-3-2 in the PacWest.
UHH trailed in most categories – shots (20-5), corner kicks (9-0) and fouls (17-12). Shanna Brown played the full 110 minutes and made eight saves.
